At ELEGOO, we stand by the quality of our 3D printers and electronics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tools that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to the designated service center address provided by our support representative.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our technicians, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
